AYUUK

Made using the extremely rare Pasilla Mixe chilis grown only by the Mixe people of Oaxaca in Mexico, Ayuuk is our most cherished flavor story. The chilis are macerated in low wine, distilled, blended with spent Pasilla Mixe kombucha, and finished in Oloroso casks for five days.
