Ingredients

3cl / 1 oz Ayuuk

2cl / 2/3 oz Cynar

1.5cl / 1/2oz fresh lime juice

Cola

Sal de gusano for rim

Slice of lime for garnish

Method

Rim your highball with with sal de gusano.

Pour Ayuuk, Cynar and fresh lime juice in your glass over ice.

Top up with cola, gently stir and garnish with a slice of lime.
