About the Stonefruit Espresso Martini

An Espresso Martini like no other—this version breaks with the usual vanilla-and-coffee profile and swaps in the warm, marzipan-like core of Empirical Stonefruit. It’s rich and grown-up, but still snappy and lift-y, with coffee flavors framing Stonefruit rather than overpowering it.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Empirical Stonefruit
• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 3/4 oz Cold Brew Concentrate or Espresso
• 3/4 oz Coffee Liqueur
• Ice (for shaking)
• Coffee Beans to garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of cold, hard ice (Kold-Draft style is ideal) and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a Nick and Nora or coupe. Garnish with coffee beans.
