CLASSIC WITH A TWIST

Ingredients

6cl SOKA
1.5cl fresh lime juice
1.5cl simple syrup (2:1)
2 dashes of orange bitters
10cl Fever Tree tonic water
Fresh lemon verbena for garnish

Method

Pour SOKA, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters into a highball. Fill with crushed ice and stir.
Top up with tonic water and more crushed ice.
Garnish with a palmful of fresh lemon verbena.
