At 53 A.D., Head Bartender Giancarlo Quiroz Jesus—an industry veteran with experience at acclaimed bars like Overstory and London’s Happiness Forgets—has access to the full library of Empirical Spirits and beyond.

This is where you can try both the classics and the uncategorized signature cocktails.

Highlights include the "Always Daring," a bold fusion of our Cilantro spirit with olive brine and chocolate liqueur, and the sparkling "Always Demure," a Bellini-inspired blend with Symphony 6 and peach iced tea. With every sip, expect an unexpected, unforgettable take on the cocktail experience.
