Doritos x Empirical and a little tequila meet tomato juice, lemon and Worcestershire. Celery salt, cracked black pepper and a tiny pinch of cayenne season it. Why eat your snacks when you can drink them?
Ingredients
1½ oz Doritos x Empirical
½ oz tequila
3 oz tomato juice
1 bar spoon lemon juice
1 bar spoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch celery salt (generous)
1 pinch cracked black pepper (generous)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (small)
Garnish: pepperoncini, seasoned celery and a pickled onion
45 ml Doritos x Empirical
15 ml tequila
90 ml tomato juice
1 bar spoon lemon juice
1 bar spoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch celery salt (generous)
1 pinch cracked black pepper (generous)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (small)
Garnish: pepperoncini, seasoned celery and a pickled onion
Method
Build all ingredients in a collins glass.
Add ice and pass a bar spoon through the drink 3-4 times.
Garnish with pepperoncini, seasoned celery and a pickled onion.
