Cilantro Mango Margarita – A Tropical Escape

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
• 1 oz Chinola Mango
• 1 1/2 oz Empirical Cilantro

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with cubed ice & shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled rock glass with ice.
4. Half salt rim (optional).
5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
