Ingredients
1 oz Empirical Cilantro
1 oz Tequila (or mezcal)
¾ oz Orange Liqueur
¾ oz Lime Juice
Salt and Lime Wheel, for Garnish
Spicy Margarita (optional):Add ¼ oz Chile liqueur
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake briskly until very cold.
Salt half the rim of a rocks glass, if desried.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
