Cilantro Margarita

Ingredients

• 1 oz Empirical Cilantro
• 1 oz Tequila or mezcal
• ¾ oz Orange liqueur
• ¾ oz Lime juice
• Lime wheel, for garnish
• Spicy Margarita (optional): Add ¼ oz Chile liqueur

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with cubed ice and shake for 15 seconds.
3. Salt half the rim (optional).
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
