Ingredients
- 4cl Symphony 6
- 2cl Blue Curaçao
- 1cl Honey Syrup (1 part of your favorite honey/ 1 part water)
- 3cl fresh lemon juice
- 2cl egg whites (or aquafaba)
Method
- Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously with plenty of ice.
