Soka Martini

Ingredients

• 4.5cl Soka
• 1.5cl Empirical Stonefruit
• 1cl bay-leaf dry vermouth (see note)
• Green olive for garnish

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
2. Stir until sufficiently chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into a martini glass.
4. Garnish with a green olive.
5. Note: for the bay-leaf vermouth, infuse 6–8 bay leaves in dry vermouth at room temperature for 24 hours.
