Santa’s riff on a White Russian. Because milk by itself just doesn’t cut it. And uncle Gary in his suit needs a proper drink.
Ingredients
4cl The Plum, I Suppose 4cl Coffee Liqueur (Bad Boy) 12cl cookie-infused milk*
Method
Pour the coffee liqueur into a highball glass over ice. Pour The Plum, I Suppose and cookie-infused milk into a shaker with ice. Pour in your highball glass and stir gently to incorporate. Garnish with a cookie of your choice
*For the cookie-infused milk: Add 5-6 of your favorite cookies in 500 ml of milk (any plant-based milk also works very well) and leave overnight, or for a maximum of 24 hours. Fine-strain your milk and you’re ready to go.
