Ingredients

5cl Symphony 6
1.5cl lemon juice
Bar spoon sugar syrup
Sparkling wine or pet nat'
Drop of grenadine

Method

Combine Symphony 6, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a flute or wine glass and stir gently.
Top up with your favorite sparkling wine or pet nat'. Add a drop of grenadine. Enjoy.
