A botanical spirit inspired by the aromas of citrus leaves and perfume ingredients.

Add a new level of complexity to your gin-based cocktails.
Try with a Empirical Symphony 6 & Tonic, or add a twist on a French 75.

Symphony 6 comes from our fascination with the aromatic power of often underused leaves. Mandarin and lemon leaves bring bright acidity, coffee leaves add darker, leathery length, and fig leaves bring a green, earthy coolness. From the world of perfumery, we added black currant buds, ambrette seeds and vetiver roots. Its color, reminiscent of that perfect twilight moment, comes from carmine.
