Sip with Me LV's Fiesta Paloma

Ingredients

• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ¾ oz fresh red grapefruit juice
• ½ oz agave syrup
• 1 oz Yuu Baal Pechuga Mezcal
• 1 oz Doritos x Empirical
• Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit (to top)
• Rim: Derby Mule habanero and red pepper salt
• Garnish: dehydrated grapefruit

• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 25 ml fresh red grapefruit juice
• 15 ml agave syrup
• 30 ml Yuu Baal Pechuga Mezcal
• 30 ml Doritos x Empirical
• Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit (to top)
• Rim: Derby Mule habanero and red pepper salt
• Garnish: dehydrated grapefruit

Method

1. Rim a rocks glass with habanero and red pepper salt.
2. Add fresh lime juice, red grapefruit juice, agave, mezcal and Doritos x Empirical to a shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake until cold.
4. Strain into the rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Top with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit.
6. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit.
