Ingredients
4cl Symphony 6
2cl Blue Curaçao
1cl Honey Syrup (1 part of your favorite honey/ 1 part water)
3cl fresh lemon juice
2cl egg whites (or aquafaba)
Alternatives
Blue Curaçao — orange curaçao, triple sec, or Cointreau; the drink will not be blue.
Method
Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously with plenty of ice.
