EMPIRICAL – Brand Advocate

The Role
Empirical is seeking an entrepreneurial minded, confident, and experienced person to take charge of the Greater Chicago market. The Brand Advocate will collaborate with our Sales Director, Marketing team, and Head of Partnerships to activate the brand in the market and drive sales growth.
This Role is a hybrid role tasked with sales and market activations.
Responsibilities:
SALES
- Identify, acquire, and grow relevant bars, restaurants, retail
- Win new business in relevant accounts
- Lead brand presentations and trainings when required
MARKET ACTIVATIONS
- Broaden the awareness of the brand
- Execute in-store tastings and events
- Represent Empirical at Consumer and Trade events
Required Experience:
- Sales and marketing experience and/or hospitality industry experience
- Experience of having managed your own time and calendar
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Menu Development and consultation experience

Compensation :
- Fixed monthly retainer
- Very attractive commission on cases sold
