Ingredients

  • 1 oz Empirical Olive
  • 1 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Agave Syrup
  • Garnish: Lime Wheel and Salt Rim

Method

  1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Shake briskly until cold and the ice is broken up.
  3. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a salted rim, if desired.
