Ingredients
1½ oz Empirical Symphony 6
½ oz lychee liqueur
¾ oz lemon juice
¼ oz sugar syrup (1:1)
2 dashes orange bitters
45 ml Empirical Symphony 6
15 ml lychee liqueur
25 ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
2 dashes orange bitters
Alternatives
Lychee Liqueur — canned lychee syrup with a little Vodka.
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Hard shake and double-strain into a martini or Nick & Nora glass.
