Our Tasting Room invites you to go deeper into the Empirical experience, guided by experts who will lead you through tastings of our distinctive spirits, each crafted with purpose and soul.

The Empirical Tasting Experience at 53AD

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

What’s Included:

• Enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival. Please arrive 15 mins early.
• Taste the 5 core Empirical spirits, plus a limited-edition release (1 oz pours each).
• Indulge in a cocktail from the menu after your tasting.
• Optional: Add a 3-cocktail flight for purchase. $30

Tasting Room Hours:

• Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Thursday / Friday / Saturday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
