  • 1 oz Empirical Olive
  • 1 oz Blanco Tequila
  • Soda Water (top)
  • Garnish: Olive and Dried Lime Wheel

Method

  1. Add Empirical Olive and Tequila to a highball filled with ice.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with an olive and a dried lime wheel.
