More Savory Goods' Lance Wong makes a Vesper-inspired martini that brings nutty element to the foreground with olive gin, Empirical Olive, sherry and a punctuation of saline.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Four Pillars Olive Gin
  • ½ oz Empirical Olive
  • ¼ oz manzanilla sherry
  • 4 drops saline
  • Garnish: olive
  • Garnish: A few drops of olive oil

Method

  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, briskly stir the gin, Olive, sherry and saline until cold.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an olive and a little olive oil.
