CLASSIC WITH A TWIST
Experience the smoky, spicy twist of Empirical Ayuuk, crafted with Pasilla Mixe chili, in a classic margarita.
Ingredients
1 oz / 5cl Ayuuk
2/3 oz / 2cl Tequila or Mezcal
2/3 oz / 2cl Agave Syrup
2/3 oz / 2cl lime juice
Chili salt rim
Method
Add all your ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice and hard shake.
Rim the glass with a lime wedge then coat with chili salt.
Add ice to the glass. Fine strain.
