Ayuuk Margarita (with Orange Liqueur)

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 oz / 5cl Ayuuk
• 2/3 oz / 2cl dry Curaçao (or any preferred orange liqueur)
• 2/3 oz / 2cl lime juice
• Salt & black lime rim

Method

1. Pour Ayuuk, orange liqueur and lime juice into a shaker.
2. Add ice and hard shake.
3. Rim glass with lime wedge then coat with salt and black lime mix.
4. Add ice into the glass. Fine strain.
