Ingredients

  • 4.5cl Ayuuk
  • 2cl yellow Chartreuse
  • 3cl coconut cream
  • 3cl lime juice
  • 3cl fresh (or unsweetened) pineapple juice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice and hard shake.
  3. Fine strain over ice.
  4. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a lime zest.
