1 oz tequila
¾ oz agave syrup
¾ oz fresh lime juice
chili salt (for rim)
lime wedge (for the rim)
30 ml Empirical Ayuuk
30 ml tequila
25 ml agave syrup
25 ml fresh lime juice
chili salt (for rim)
lime wedge (for the rim)
Method
Add tequila, Ayuuk, agave syrup and lime juice to a shaker.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Rim a glass with a lime wedge and coat with chili salt.
Fill the glass with fresh ice and fine-strain the cocktail into the glass.
