A sherry-based Dirty Martini: equal parts Empirical Olive and Manzanilla.

Manzanilla Sherry takes the place of Gin, its dry, nutty salinity meeting Empirical Olive's herbal richness. A splash of olive brine and a dash of saline make it properly dirty. Stir it well, serve it ice-cold in a frosted glass and garnish with three olives.

Ingredients

  • 1¼ oz Empirical Olive
  • 1¼ oz Manzanilla Sherry
  • ½ oz Olive Brine
  • 1 dash Saline
  • Garnish: 3 Olives

Method

  1. Stir everything with ice for about 20 seconds.
  2. Strain into a frosted glass.
  3. Garnish with three olives.
