Hot & Dirty Martini
A filthy Martini with a kick of hot pepper brine.
Simple · 3 min
Empirical Olive and Gin share the base equally, so the drink tastes of olives rather than just brine. Hot pepper brine and an optional dash or two of Tabasco bring the heat, and a Dry Vermouth rinse keeps it crisp. Shake, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a hot pepper.
