Soka White Negroni
Bittersweet and bright. A white negroni stirred with Empirical Soka and gin.
Simple · 3 min
Empirical Soka splits the base with gin, its fresh-cut grass, melon and green apple notes softening the juniper. Lillet Blanc adds honeyed citrus and Suze a bitter gentian backbone. Stir it, pour it over fresh ice and finish it with a lemon twist for an aperitivo any time of year.
