Super Soka

Ingredients

• 6cl Soka
• 1.5cl fresh lime juice
• 1.5cl simple syrup (2:1)
• 2 dashes of orange bitters
• 10cl Fever Tree tonic water
• Fresh lemon verbena for garnish

Method

1. Pour Soka, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters into a highball. Fill with crushed ice and stir.
2. Top up with tonic water and more crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a palmful of fresh lemon verbena.
