Ingredients
- 4.5cl Soka
- 1.5cl Empirical Stonefruit
- 1cl bay leaf dry vermouth*
- 2 drops of absinthe
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Lime coin for garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and stir untill sufficiently chilled and diluted.
- Strain into your martini glass.
- Garnish with a lime coin. * For the bay leaf vermouth, infuse 6-8 bay leaves in your dry vermouth at room temperature for 24 hours.
