Cilantro & Ayuuk Margarita – A Bold, Smoky Reimagination

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
• 1/2 oz Italicus Bergamot Liqueur (or Triple Sec)
• 1/2 oz Empirical Ayuuk
• 1 1/2 oz Empirical Cilantro

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with cubed ice & shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled rock glass with ice.
4. Half salt rim (optional).
5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
