Empirical Cilantro Lime & Yuzu

Ingredients

• 2 oz Empirical Cilantro
• 5 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu (chilled)
• Garnish: lime wheel

• 60 ml Empirical Cilantro
• 150 ml Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu (chilled)
• Garnish: lime wheel

Alternatives

• Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu: Substitute a lightly sweet citrus mixer.

Method

1. Add Cilantro into a highball filled with ice.
2. Top with lime & yuzu mixer and gently stir.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
