Soka Apple Gimlet

Ingredients

• 1 oz Empirical Soka
• 1 oz white rum
• 1 oz green apple juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• Garnish: apple slice

• 30 ml Empirical Soka
• 30 ml white rum
• 30 ml green apple juice
• 15 ml lime juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• Garnish: apple slice

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
2. Add ice and hard shake.
3. Double-strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
4. Garnish with an apple slice.
