Stoned Paloma

Ingredients

• 1 oz Empirical Stonefruit
• 1 oz Mezcal
• ½ oz Lime Juice
• Grapefruit Soda (top)
• Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge

• 30 ml Empirical Stonefruit
• 30 ml Mezcal
• 15 ml Lime Juice
• Grapefruit Soda (top)
• Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge

Alternatives

• Del Maguey Vida — any joven espadín Mezcal.

Method

1. Pour the spirits and lime juice over ice, add the grapefruit soda and stir.
2. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
