Created by Standish Cocktails' Myles Robinson, this playful highball turns childhood nostalgia into a breezy, sophisticated refresher. Empirical Stonefruit joins tropical punch and crisp lime sparkling water for a bright, effortlessly effervescent serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Empirical Stonefruit
  • 1½ oz Simply Tropical Punch
  • Maison Perrier lime sparkling water (top)

Method

  1. Add the Stonefruit and tropical punch to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Top with lime sparkling water and give it a quick stir.
